Our university has signed a "4+2" joint undergraduate and master's degree program with RWTH Aachen University (TU9/Elite), Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences (Tongji, Zhejiang Science and Technology Cooperation Partner), University of Hanover (TU9/Elite), and Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences. More than 40 students have been selected for 14 consecutive years to study at the University of Applied Sciences in Ostfalia (German language teaching), and 33 students have been selected for 4 consecutive years to study at RWTH Aachen University (English language teaching).

Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences: Senior students or graduates from the School of Mechanical, Electrical, and Information Sciences of our university who pass the German language (B2 or similar certificate) entrance exam for German universities and achieve a good score can participate in the written test and interview for graduate students selected by German universities at our university. Those who pass the exam will be eligible for the German APS team review and fully admitted to pursue a free master's degree in Germany. Our university has 18 spots per year. Our school has been cooperating on this project for 15 years, and has sent out more than 40 students in total.
