孙志强，男，满族，中共党员，博士，正高级工程师，西南交通大学访问学者（中组部2025-）。现任兰州市轨道交通有限公司运营分公司副总经理，主管调度、票务和信息化工作。加拿大滑铁卢大学高速铁路研究中心研究员，交通运输部科学研究院评审专家。曾任兰州局调度所、运输处高级工程师、迎水桥车站副站长，国家铁路局兰州监督管理局运输监察处副处长。获甘肃省劳动模范、甘肃省领军人才、甘肃省职工发明之星、兰州市领军人才、金城工匠等荣誉称号。主持课题十余项，发表论文 10 余篇（SCI7篇），获发明专利4 项，实用新型专利8 项，软件著作权 8项，“十四五”普通高等教育轨道交通专业系列教材《轨道交通概论》主审，致力于噪声控制和人机耦合动力学方面的研究。

Dr. Sun Zhiqiang, male, Manchu ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a doctoral degree, is a senior engineer, and was a visiting scholar at Southwest Jiaotong University (appointed by the Central Organization Department). He currently serves as Deputy General Manager of the Operation Branch of Lanzhou Rail Transit Co., Ltd., overseeing dispatching, ticketing, and informatization work. He is also a researcher at the High-Speed Rail Research Center of the University of Waterloo in Canada and a review expert at the Transport Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport. Previously, he held positions such as senior engineer at the Dispatching Office and Transportation Department of Lanzhou Railway Bureau, Deputy Station Master of Yingshuiqiao Railway Station, and Deputy Director of the Transportation Supervision Department of the Lanzhou Supervision and Administration Bureau of the National Railway Administration. He has been awarded honors including Gansu Provincial Model Worker, Gansu Provincial Leading Talent, Gansu Provincial Star of Employee Inventions, Lanzhou Municipal Leading Talent, and Jincheng Craftsman. He has presided over more than ten research projects, published over 10 papers (including 7 in SCI journals), obtained 4 invention patents, 8 utility model patents, and 8 software copyrights. He is the chief reviewer of Introduction to Rail Transit, a textbook in the rail transit series for general higher education during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. He is committed to research in noise control and human-machine coupling dynamics.

张亮，马来西亚华侨，祖籍山东泰安市, 工商管理学DBA、PhD管理学哲学博士，教授，西南交通大学访问学者（中国教育部2025-）。马来西亚中国教育发展协会会长，马来西亚丝路总商会主席。亚洲ATI集团董事长，旗下拥有马来西亚元宇理工学院。马来西亚伦敦外国语教育集团董事长，旗下拥有马来亚威尔士大学吉隆坡CBD校区、马来西亚彭亨大学吉隆坡CBD校区。张亮博士自2008年起主导多项中马高校合作项目，同时携中资企业落地马来西亚。其学术成果包括2021年在CSSCI期刊发表《中国对东盟的投资效应及产业影响研究》论文，以及2020年出版《马来西亚与我-十二年教育回忆录》，专著被马、新两国国家图书馆收藏。

都娟丽，副教授，现任西安交通工程学院现代技术学院院长。陕西师范大学教育技术学学士，西南交通大学交通运输规划与管理在读硕士，西南交通大学高级访问学者（2023-），中国城市轨道交通协会内训师培训专家库成员，西安教育技术与网络学会理事。发表论文多篇，主持横向课题4项，主持校级重点科研3项，主持中青年基金项目1项；主持教改4项，主持2022-2024年度中国交通教育研究会教育科学研究课题1项，参与陕西省教育厅省级重点攻关教改项目1项；参与编写教材2部。荣获“2022全国仿真创新应用大赛”陕西省一等奖，全国一等奖；荣获“优秀党员”“最美教师”“师德师风先进个人等荣誉”；主讲城轨车辆网络通信系统使用与维护、轨道交通线路与站场、城市轨道交通车站运作、城市轨道交通概论等专业课程。

陈潇，讲师，交通运输工程专业硕士研究生，西安交通工程学院交通运输学院教师。西南交通大学访问学者（2023.9-2024.7）。主要研究方向为：城市交通环境与土地利用、城市综合交通枢纽与减碳。主持立项工矿企业铁路绿智运输陕西省高校工程研究中心项目《考虑多因素耦合的班组内燃机车油耗实时检测仪开发》，中青年基金项目《我国城市交通碳排放时空演化特征及驱动因素研究》，教育教学改革研究项目《产教融合背景下城市轨道交通运营管理专业人才培养模式探索-以宁波轨道订单班为例》。发表核心论文《陕西省高铁与公路交通对地区经济的协同效应分析》等。

张小花，成都市第五人民医院（三甲）心血管内科主治医师，祖籍四川资阳人，硕士研究生，中医药大学临床理论授课教师，中国高血压联盟第六届理事会理事会理事、四川省中医药学会第三届老年医学专业委员会委员、四川省国际医学交流促进会第二届高血压专业委员会委员、成都心血管康复专委会委员。自2014年开始，一直从事心血管内科临床工作，期间兼任过全科规培基地秘书，擅长心内科常见病、多发病诊断与治疗，尤其对高血压、心律失常疾病有更深的研究，包括难治性高血压、继发性高血压及高血压急症的诊断治疗，阵发性室上性心动过速（房室折返性、房室结折返性）、心房颤动等心律失常的电生理检查及消融，有良好的沟通能力，曾参加国家层面高血压靶目标的研究，曾于四川大学华西医院进修电生理及消融治疗，做过关于过表达micro-RNA21基因对大鼠心肌梗死面积影响的相关研究；发表SCI2篇，核心期刊数篇。西南交通大学访问学者（2025-）

左小红，中共党员，祖籍四川泸州市, 临床医学硕士，成都中医药大学讲师，西南交通大学访问学者（中国教育部2024-）。全国医学对分课堂工作室主持人，对分课堂高级认证导师。四川省适宜技术研究会美容分会常务委员，四川省美容整形协会美容中医中西医结合分会理事，四川省美容整形协会微整形与抗衰老分会理事。左小红自2019年至今获省级教学成果奖3项，主讲省级线下课程1门，主持厅局级教改项目2项，参与省级教改项目2项。主持省科技厅项目1项，省中医药管理局项目2项。近三年以第一作作者或通讯作者发表论文13篇（含SCI4篇），包括2023年在全国中医教指委指导期刊发表《中医外科学对分课堂教学实践与效果评价》论文，2025年发表中科院TOP期刊论文Dahuang-Gancao decoction ameliorates testosterone-induced androgeneticalopecia in mice, Journal of Ethnopharmacology。

刘霞，中共党员，硕士研究生。执业医师，标准化病人培训师，药膳师，小儿推拿师。西南交通大学访问学者（中国教育部）。中国医药教育协会标准化病人医学教育工作委员会委员。四川省抗衰老协会委员。现任成都中医药大学讲师，成都中医药大学标准化病人（SP）协会负责人。致力于SP相关研究20余年。获成都中医药大学“校级优秀教学成果”一等奖，二等奖。参编教材和教辅类书籍2本，主持和主研各级科研课题近10项，发表学术论文10余篇。

旷玉龙, 博士，祖籍四川遂宁，是兼具深厚学术背景与丰富产业经验的研究者和创新实践者。他于2006年至2015年在四川大学完成本硕博连读，师从著名有机化学家冯小明院士，奠定了坚实的科研基础。2015年至2020年，他先后在美国纽约大学及新加坡国立大学从事博士后研究工作，积累了跨文化、跨地域的前沿科研经验。2020年7月，旷博士回国加入成都高质量发展研究院（中心），担任发展研究部总监，致力于推动地方产业战略与科技创新融合发展。2021年9月起，他加入爱斯特（成都）生物制药股份有限公司，担任研发中心部长，主导药物研发与技术转化工作，并以此作为科研实践平台，于2022年11月进入西南交通大学机械工程博士后流动站开展交叉学科研究（2022-2026）。旷玉龙博士在学术与产业界均展现出广泛影响力。至今已合作发表18篇学术论文，其中第一作者论文8篇；申请中国专利5项，其中3项专利已获授权，其研究成果被广泛引用，H指数15，文献他引已超过1100次，体现了其在相关领域的学术贡献与持续影响力。

Dr. Yulong Kuang, with ancestral roots in Suining, Sichuan, is a researcher and innovative practitioner with a profound academic background and extensive industrial experience. From 2006 to 2015, he completed his integrated bachelor, master, and doctoral studies at Sichuan University under the mentorship of the distinguished organic chemist, Academician Feng Xiaoming, which laid a solid foundation for his scientific research.Between 2015 and 2020, Dr. Kuang conducted postdoctoral research at New York University in the United States and the National University of Singapore, gaining cutting-edge scientific experience across diverse cultural and geographical contexts. In July 2020, he returned to China and joined the Chengdu High-Quality Development Research Institute (Center) as the Director of the Development Research Department, where he focused on promoting the integration of local industrial strategy with technological innovation. Starting in September 2021, Dr. Kuang joined Astra (Chengdu) Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as the Head of the R&D Center, leading drug development and technology transfer initiatives. Using this role as a platform for applied research, he entered the Mechanical Engineering Postdoctoral Research Station at Southwest Jiaotong University in November 2022 to engage in interdisciplinary studies.Dr. Yulong Kuang has demonstrated significant influence in both academia and industry. To date, he has co-authored 18 academic papers, including 8 as the first author, and filed 5 Chinese patents, 3 of which have been granted. His research findings have been widely cited, with an H-index of 15 and over 1,100 citations, reflecting his sustained academic contributions and impact in related fields.
