Dr. Sun Zhiqiang, male, Manchu ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a doctoral degree, is a senior engineer, and was a visiting scholar at Southwest Jiaotong University (appointed by the Central Organization Department). He currently serves as Deputy General Manager of the Operation Branch of Lanzhou Rail Transit Co., Ltd., overseeing dispatching, ticketing, and informatization work. He is also a researcher at the High-Speed Rail Research Center of the University of Waterloo in Canada and a review expert at the Transport Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport. Previously, he held positions such as senior engineer at the Dispatching Office and Transportation Department of Lanzhou Railway Bureau, Deputy Station Master of Yingshuiqiao Railway Station, and Deputy Director of the Transportation Supervision Department of the Lanzhou Supervision and Administration Bureau of the National Railway Administration. He has been awarded honors including Gansu Provincial Model Worker, Gansu Provincial Leading Talent, Gansu Provincial Star of Employee Inventions, Lanzhou Municipal Leading Talent, and Jincheng Craftsman. He has presided over more than ten research projects, published over 10 papers (including 7 in SCI journals), obtained 4 invention patents, 8 utility model patents, and 8 software copyrights. He is the chief reviewer of Introduction to Rail Transit, a textbook in the rail transit series for general higher education during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. He is committed to research in noise control and human-machine coupling dynamics.

Dr. Zhang Liang, a Malaysian Chinese of Shandong ancestry (specifically, Tai'an City), holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management. He is a Professor and a Visiting Scholar at Southwest Jiaotong University (affiliated with the Ministry of Education of China). He serves as President of the Malaysia-China Education Development Association and Chairman of the Malaysia Silk Road General Chamber of Commerce.As Chairman of the ATI Group, he oversees the Malaysia Metaverse Institute of Technology. Additionally, as Chairman of the Malaysia London International Education Group, he manages the University of Malaya-Wales International University Kuala Lumpur CBD Campus and the University of Malaysia Pahang Kuala Lumpur CBD Campus. Since 2008, Professor Zhang has spearheaded numerous collaborative initiatives between Malaysian and Chinese higher education institutions while facilitating the establishment of Chinese-funded enterprises in Malaysia. His academic contributions include a 2021 CSSCI journal publication titled "Research on China's Investment Effects and Industrial Impact on ASEAN," and a 2020 monograph, Malaysia and I: A Twelve-Year Educational Memoir, which has been archived in the national libraries of both Malaysia and Singapore.

Du Juanli, Associate Professor, currently serves as the Dean of the School of Modern Technology at Xi’an Traffic Engineering Institute. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology from Shaanxi Normal University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Transportation Planning and Management at Southwest Jiaotong University. She was also a senior visiting scholar at Southwest Jiaotong University. Professor Du is a member of the internal trainer expert pool of the China Association of Metros and a council member of the Xi’an Educational Technology and Network Society. She has published multiple academic papers and led four horizontal research projects, three key university-level scientific research projects, and one youth foundation project,Participated in the compilation of two textbooks. In addition, she has directed four teaching reform initiatives and is leading one educational research project under the China Education and Research Society of Transportation for the period 2022–2024. She also participated in one provincial key teaching reform project supervised by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education.. Professor Du has received several awards, including the Shaanxi Provincial First Prize and National First Prize in the “2022 National Simulation Innovation Application Competition,” as well as honors such as “Outstanding Communist Party Member,” “Most Inspiring Teacher,” and “Advanced Individual in Professional Ethics and Conduct.” Her teaching portfolio includes professional courses such as Application and Maintenance of Urban Rail Vehicle Network Communication Systems, Railway Tracks and Stations, Urban Rail Transit Station Operations, and Introduction to Urban Rail Transit.
Xiao Chen, a lecturer and Master's graduate in Transportation Engineering, is a faculty member at the School of traffic and Transportation, Xi' an Traffic Engineering Institute. She served as a visiting scholar at Southwest Jiaotong University (September 2023-July 2024). Her research focuses on urban traffic environment and land use, as well as urban integrated transportation hubs and carbon reduction. She has led several projects, including the "Development of a Real-Time Fuel Consumption Detector for Team Diesel Locomotives Considering Multi-Factor Coupling" under the Shaanxi Provincial Engineering Research Center for Green and Intelligent Railway Transportation in Industrial and Mining Enterprises, the "Research on the Temporal-Spatial Evolution Characteristics and Driving Factors of Urban Traffic Carbon Emissions in China" funded by the National Science Fund for Young and Middle-aged Scholars, and the "Exploration of Talent Cultivation Models for Urban Rail Transit Operation Management under Industry-Education Integration: A Case Study of Ningbo Rail Transit Order Classes" as part of educational reform research. Her core publications include "Analysis of Synergistic Effects of High-Speed Rail and Highway Transportation on Regional Economy in Shaanxi Province."

Zhang Xiaohua, an attending physician in cardiovascular internal medicine, hails from Ziyang, Sichuan. She holds a master's degree and serves as a clinical theory lecturer at a university of traditional Chinese medicine. Her professional affiliations include being a council member of the Sixth Council of the Chinese Hypertension Alliance, a member of the Third Geriatrics Professional Committee of the Sichuan Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a member of the Second Hypertension Professional Committee of the Sichuan International Medical Exchange and Promotion Association, and a member of the Chengdu Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Committee.Since 2014, she has been engaged in clinical work in cardiovascular internal medicine and previously served as the secretary of the general practice standardized training base. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently occurring diseases in cardiology, with particular expertise in hypertension and arrhythmias. This includes the diagnosis and treatment of refractory hypertension, secondary hypertension, and hypertensive emergencies, as well as electrophysiological examinations and ablation for arrhythmias such as paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (atrioventricular reentrant and atrioventricular nodal reentrant types) and atrial fibrillation. Possessing strong communication skills, she has participated in national-level research on hypertension target goals and completed advanced training in electrophysiology and ablation at West China Hospital of Sichuan University. She has also conducted research on the impact of overexpressing micro-RNA21 gene on myocardial infarction area in rats. Her publications include two SCI-indexed papers and several articles in core academic journals.

Zuo Xiaohong, hails from Luzhou City, Sichuan Province. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Medicine and serves as a Lecturer at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is also a visiting scholar at Southwest Jiaotong University (sponsored by China's Ministry of Education). Zuo is the Director of PADD the National Medical Education Studio and a Senior Certified Mentor for PADD. She holds multiple positions: Standing Committee Member of the Aesthetic Branch of Sichuan Appropriate Technology Research Association; Council Member of the Aesthetic Chinese Medicine and Integrated Chinese-Western Medicine Branch of Sichuan Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Association; and Council Member of the Micro-Plastic Surgery and Anti-Aging Branch of Sichuan Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Association.
Since 2019, Zuo Xiaohong has received three provincial-level teaching achievement awards, delivered one provincial-level offline course, led two bureau-level teaching reform projects, and participated in two provincial teaching reform projects. She has also led one project for the Provincial Department of Science and Technology and two projects for the Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Over the past three years, she has published 13 papers as first or corresponding author (including 4 SCI-indexed articles). Notable publications include: - “Practice and Effect Evaluation of PADD in Traditional Chinese Surgical Medicine” (2023), published in a journal recommended by the National Teaching Guidance Committee for Traditional Chinese Medicine; - “Dahuang-Gancao Decoction ameliorates testosterone-induced androgenetic alopecia in mice” (2025), published in the Chinese Academy of Sciences' top-tier journal Journal of Ethnopharmacology.

Liu Xia, Master’s degree holder. He is a licensed physician, standardized patient trainer, medicinal dietitian, and pediatric tuina therapist. He served as a visiting scholar at Southwest Jiaotong University (sponsored by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China). He is also a member of the Standardized Patient Medical Education Committee of the China Medicine Education Association, and a member of the Sichuan Anti-Aging Association.
