冯涛，博士（西南交通大学），博士后（香港理工大学），西南交通大学交通运输与物流学院助理教授、硕士生导师。主要从事轨道交通运输组织优化、轨道交通智能调度指挥、车辆路径问题、鲁棒优化、分解算法等方面的研究。作为轨道交通调度指挥智能化团队主要成员，先后参与了国家科技部重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金高铁联合基金、面上项目以及四川省自然科学基金等重要课题。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目（C类）、中央高校基本业务经费。荣获中国铁道学会学术论文一等奖1篇（第二作者）、西南交通大学2024年度优秀博士论文、2019年度优秀硕士论文等。

在交通运输领域权威期刊和国际会议发表论文共计20余篇，其中以第一/通讯作者在交通/运筹学运输领域顶级期刊Transportation Research Part B/C、European Journal of Operational Research和International Journal of Production Research发表论文多篇。以其他作者身份在Transportation Research Part B/C/E、Applied Energy等发表论文多篇。作为第一或主要发明人授权发明专利3项。担任大连海事大学学报青年编委、中国仿真学会会员、TR.B/C/E, EJOR, ESWA, EAAI, TTRA, Sustainable Energy等期刊审稿人。
