杨洋，西南交通大学教授，博士生导师。主要致力于应用数学、序列设计、雷达通信一体化信号设计、网络空间安全等研究，在IEEE TIT/TWC等期刊上发表论文50余篇，荣获教育部自然科学二等奖（2016，2021）, 湖北省自然科学一等奖（2022）。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项，参与多个国家自然科学基金项目、华为公司合作项目的研究，申请了下一代WIFI物理层标准发明专利20余项。相关成果荣获华为公司技术成果转化奖、华为公司WIFI标准卓越贡献奖。
