针对无线通信可重构射频前端对可调/可编程频道化射频通信集成电路的需求,提出了一种基于低成本FR4基片集成悬线(SISL)的自封装可调LC带通滤波器结构,利用集总参数LC元件构建了具有通带带宽补偿能力的新型交叉耦合拓扑,降低了通带矩形系数和损耗,并进一步降低了成本和重量,样品调谐范围为0.36-0.77 GHz,尺寸为0.09λg×0.04λg。相关成果发表于IEEE Microwave and Wireless Technology Letters,论文第一作者为博士生刘隆川,通信作者为向乾尹。
