Yuping Shang received the Ph.D. degree in Radio Physics (Electronic Engineering) from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2015. Then he joined Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU), Chengdu. From 2015 to 2017, he was with Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow. He is a Member of IEEE.
