学术简介

研究兴趣主要集中于职场阴暗面行为、领导力与组织管理，尤其关注负面职场八卦、员工职业发展、社会比较、领导行为及员工福祉等问题。近年来进一步拓展至企业社会责任与人工智能情境下员工行为研究。

以第一作者或通讯作者身份在高水平国际期刊发表学术论文6篇，包括ABS4期刊《Journal of Organizational Behavior》、ABS3期刊《Journal of Business Ethics》《International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management》和《The International Journal of Human Resource Management》等。积极参与国内外学术会议与研究工作坊，并担任多个国际知名期刊匿名审稿人。
