(1) 2011–current Work on the research about regulation of calcitonin gene-related peptide on cross-talk between osteoblasts-like and endothelial cells. Established OB-VEC co-culture system to identified osteoblast differentiation via the detection of osteogenetic production, and explore the mechanism of regulation of CGRP on the cross-talk between the OB-VECs by detection the secretion of VECs cell factor and expression these cell factor receptor on OB. At last, it elaborated the mechanism of neural regulation on the cross-talk between blood vessels and osteoblasts. (2) 2007–2011 Join in the research about cell signal pathway of calcitonin gene-related peptide on osteoblasts. In this research, we established an IAN transected mandibular fracture model in rabbits, explored the effect of CGRP on bone budding in vivo, and explored some downstream signal transduction pathways of CGRP on OB in vitro, including intracellular Ca2+, Nitric oxide (NO) and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathways.
