A rolling-horizon decision framework for integrating relocation and user flexibility in one-way electric carsharing systems

- Abstract:单向电动汽车共享系统已成为实践中应用最广泛的汽车共享服务形式。然而,需求不确定性、车辆分布失衡、停车位短缺及电池充电问题共同给运营带来巨大挑战。许多汽车共享运营商(如GoFun)通过提供激励措施吸引灵活用户接受替代行程,并采用全预约策略。本文提出一种滚动决策框架,将运营商的车辆调度、人员调配、用户灵活性管理和电动汽车实时充电决策进行集成。我们在每个决策时段建立时空网络流模型,同步优化多项决策。针对大规模实际问题,开发了迭代局部搜索启发式算法进行求解。基于理论洞察和站点聚类分析,设计了专用于动态汽车共享问题的新型局部搜索程序。以GoFun真实数据为例开展大量计算实验,结果表明:本算法显著优于粒子群优化算法和主流贪婪策略,与离线启发式解决方案相比效率损失较小。研究进一步揭示交通网络规模、聚类规模和运营效率对利润与服务水平的显著影响。
