Lower bounds and heuristics for the unit-capacity resource constrained project scheduling problem with transfer times

- Abstract:在项目调度中，资源经常需要在两个活动之间进行转移，尤其是当这些活动在不同地点执行时。本研究探讨带转移时间的单位容量资源受限项目调度问题，其中资源均具有单位容量特性。我们的目标是找到满足活动前序关系、资源需求及资源转移约束的可行调度方案，以实现项目最大完工时间的最小化。该问题可转化为具有同步和前序约束的多旅行商问题，基于此我们推导出一个优质下界。通过同时探索基于调度表示和路径表示的解决方案空间邻域，我们提出了两种启发式算法。基于随机生成的测试实例进行计算实验，结果表明：所提出的下界质量良好，且两种算法均展现出显著有效性。
