本研究方向聚焦需求预测驱动下的采购策略与库存控制协同优化，综合运用时间序列分析、机器学习与运筹优化算法，提升需求预测精度，并据此设计动态补货策略与安全库存水平。目标是在保障服务水平的前提下，有效降低库存持有成本与缺货风险，实现供应链资源的高效配置与敏捷响应。
