Hongqin Liang received Ph.D. degree in railway vehicle operation engineering from SWJTU. In 2015, Dr Liang served as visiting scholar at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. Dr Liang’s research activities cover structure and system reliability analysis, structural fatigue intensity analysis, smart manufacturing.
She has authored over 30 journal papers. She has been involved in several key projects as a
