Dr. Jiang Chaozhe is currently an associate professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Traffic and Transportation, Southwest Jiaotong University, China; Senior Fellow and Executive Director of Rail Transit Research Center (iTSS-RC) of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering of the University of Waterloo, Canada; And machine learning experts and chief scientist; Chengdu Hi-Tech Fund, Chairman of Investment Decision-making Committee, Chairman of Guofu Investment Management Co., Ltd., an active advocate for inclusive finance; co-founder of P2P-shared space system for mobile Internet travel; Visiting professor.
Dr. Jiang Chaozhe obtained a doctorate degree in management science and engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2006 and a postdoctoral research project (rail transit and national integrated transport strategy) at the Southwest Jiaotong University Transportation Engineering Postdoctoral Station during 2006-2009. Dr. Jiang Chaozhe has been in Canada ASTATECH Fund (with Canada NSERC joint postdoctoral), China Postdoctoral Fund, China National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Chinese Social Science Fund, China's Ministry of Railways (now China Railway Transport Corporation), rail traffic control and safety of the country Key Laboratory, Sichuan Provincial Mineral Resources Research Center, China Railway Construction Engineering Bureau, Southwest Jiaotong University and other institutions received several research funding. Current projects under study include a joint project between Canada's MTO and the University of Waterloo on the tripartite cooperation between China's Snow Lion and Canada's Green Way for Innovation in Winter Roads; the China Youth Science Foundation Project (High Speed Rail Train Operation Based on Potential Conflicting Bayesian Inference (Research on PM2.5 Implementation Management Based on Big Data in Urban Areas), Joint Fund Project of China Natural Science Foundation (Coordination Theory of High Speed Railway Dispatching Command System, Early Warning Aircraft Management of Alarm and Reliability), Open Topic of State Key Laboratory of Rail Transit Control and Safety (fatigue mechanism and real-time monitoring and safety control of high-speed railway drivers based on the integration of natural physiological indicators); Lanzhou Railway Administration Project (Wisdom Station Unified data platform research); China Railway Group project (China Railway Group Co., Ltd. Dr. Jiang Chaozhe has successively engaged in scientific research consulting and academic exchange activities in Europe, Japan, the United States, Canada and China. He is a member of International Rough Set Society (IRSS), Internationally Registered Project Management Specialist (CPM), China Institute of Artificial Intelligence Members of the Sichuan Provincial Institute of Systems Engineering, etc., organize or assist in the organization of International Conference on Transportation Engineering (ICTE2007,2009,2011,2013,2015), the twenty-first Cross-Strait Urban Transportation Symposium (2013), the third Canada and Winter Road Maintenance Technology Seminar (ISWRM2016), and served as IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems many international journals reviewer and editorial board.
Dr. Jiang Chaozhe's research interests include Integrated Transportation Systems Planning (Urban Intelligent Transportation Planning and Management, PECAS model being developed in China by Professor Hanter of the University of Calgary in Canada); Urban Traffic Emissions Mechanism and Governance Approach Based on Big Data Guangzhou Deheng Information Technology Company, British Atmospheric Monitoring Instrument Company, Imperial College London, Sun Yat-sen University jointly apply for Sino-British international cooperation project "Urban Environmental Air Quality Intelligence Monitoring Cloud Platform R & D"; based on real-time dynamic monitoring of vital signs early warning of traffic safety And modeling (being promoted by China Railway Group Corporation), transportation network analysis and modeling based on mobile internet, tourism planning for smart cities and scenic spots, investment banking and financial innovation, etc. To date, it has been published in international and domestic academic journals More than 30 papers have been collected by SCI, EI, ISTP, etc. and published monographs and teaching materials represented by "Rough Sets Theory and Methodology for Multiple Attributes Decision Making" and "Transportation Systems Analysis and Modeling".
