Dr. Yuan HUANG, associate Professor in Southwest Jiaotong University, member of China Green Building Council- Youth Committee,and Green Industrial Building Committee. She is manly engaged on the research of urban climatology and urban morphology, on the practice of green building and urban design consultation. She had been invited to participate the president programme "50 Chinese urban planners in France". She obtained Dual PHD in Architectural and Urban environment from Ecole Centrale de Nantes and Huazhong University of Sci. and Tech in 2010.
