Xinglai Ge, male, Ph.D, professor, Ph.D supervisor,  deputy director of the Department of Power Electronics and Transmission Engineering, School of Electrical Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University. Reserve candidates for academic and technical leaders in Sichuan Province, IEEE Member, Senior Member of China Power Supply Society, Director of Sichuan Power Electronics Society. Engaged in research and teaching work in train electric traction control and hardware-in-the-loop test, stability analysis and control, fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control.

Presided over and researched more than 10 projects including Natural Science Foundation, National Science and Technology Support Plan, and Provincial Science and Technology Projects, and more than 10 enterprise projects. The first inventor authorized 9 invention patents, 2 software copyrights, and published 28 SCI papers (including acceptance) as the first or corresponding author, and 34 EI journal papers.
