     已取得科研成果简介

     (1)探索发现了多种新的铋硫(族)基超导体,成功合成了单晶体,并首次观察到了结构不稳定性,部分成果发表在J. Mater. Chem. C(一区),影响因子5.976,受到国际同行的好评。

     (2)率先获得非磁性5d过渡金属Ir掺杂诱导的铁基超导体SmFe1-xIrxAsO,以及其超导-电子浓度相图,将铁基超导体系的范围从3d扩展到5d过渡金属,此成果于2009年以快报的形式发表在美国化学会志上,影响因子14.357。Nature 系列杂志《Asia Materials》以及美国化学学会刊物《Chemical and Engineering News》对其做了专题报道;

     (3)开发出一种行之有效的低温制备REFeAsO1-xFx超导体的方法,有效降低了烧结温度,促进原材料间的完全反应,提高了REFeAsO1-xFx超导体的性能;

     (4)开发出一种熔盐制备技术,用以制备Ba1-xKxBiO3和BaPb1-xBixO3铋酸盐超导体;

     (5)较早的探究了RECoPNO中的反常磁现象,并观察到了极为丰富的磁性质。
