    聚焦交通土建及大型基础设施建设全过程的项目管理理论与方法，关注传统项目管理体系与新一代智能技术的融合，主要研究兴趣包括：

    1. 工程项目全要素管理
      围绕项目计划、组织管理、风险管理、质量管理、进度管理和成本管理等关键环节，构建全寿命周期的系统化项目管理框架，提升项目执行的可控性与精细化水平。

    2. 生成式AI赋能的智慧项目管理
      探索生成式AI在项目管理中的创新应用，如智能决策支持、风险预测与规避、进度优化与资源调度、知识图谱驱动的经验复用等，推动项目管理由信息化向智能化、认知化升级。
