Research Field
My research interests include: geotechnical engineering and structural health monitoring, which includes underground space and tunneling engineering, innovative monitoring technologies (Fiber Bragg grating sensor, FBG; distributed optical fiber sensor, DOFS), poroelasticity of porous medium, computational geotechnics including discrete element modeling and finite element modelling, development of constitutive models for geomaterials, and thermal energy storage (thermo-hydro-mechanical (THM) modelling energy storage).
