De Chen (1989.01 -), male, from Huining, Gansu Province, Associate Professor / Master supervisor. He graduated from Chang'an University.  He once studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madisonin the United States, and was a postdoctoral student in mechanical engineering of Southwest Jiaotong University. He was selected in the "Young Talent Scientist" and "Young Eagle Scientist" of the Southwest Jiaotong University. At present, he is engaged in the department of road and railway engineering, school of civil engineering of Southwest Jiaotong University.  He served as a member of the International Academic Committee of civil architecture and structural engineering, a member of the special committee of transportation geotechnical engineering, a member of the technical committee of the World Transportation Conference, the Secretary General of the subgrade discipline of the Highway Department of the World Transportation Conference, and the Deputy Secretary General of the friendship of non Party Intellectuals of Southwest Jiaotong University. His doctoral dissertation won the provincial excellent doctoral dissertation. He won the excellent award of "the fifth Sichuan young teachers' teaching competition", the first prize of the "9th young teacher teaching competition" of Southwest Jiaotong University (the first prize in the engineering group), the "teaching and educating people award" of the school of civil engineering of Southwest Jiaotong University, the "excellent instructor of the 9th extracurricular innovation experiment competition" of Southwest Jiaotong University, and the first prize of the teaching achievement of Southwest Jiaotong University from 2016 to 2020 (9 / 20).
