卜天翔，博士，助理教授。2019年6月本科毕业于长安大学公路学院，2025年12月博士毕业于东南大学交通学院，硕博导师为交院院长马涛教授。硕博期间主要从事基于无人机平台的智能感知与检测技术在交通基础设施领域的应用研究，现已在IEEE T-ITS、CACIE、Journal of Computing in Civil Engineering等期刊发表相关研究论文10余篇。

研究方向：

• 无人机-多传感器采集平台研发

面向道路基础设施的数字化转型需求，研发了基于无人机平台的多传感数据采集设备：设计了相机、固态激光雷达、二维激光雷达与惯导系统等多种传感器在无人机平台的搭载方案以及数据同步采集程序，同时开发了多传感设备的自动联合标定算法，实现对图像、三维点云和无人机位姿等数据的空间融合。为进一步获取道路场景的高精度三维点云地图，研究建立了基于多激光雷达-惯性里程计的同步定位与建图框架，针对道路场景与雷达扫描特性进行优化，成功通过低成本设备获取高精度的三维数据。在此基础上，提出了基于点云-BIM的道路场景自动建模方法，实现对道路场景模型的自动生成。

• 基于无人机平台的道路基础设施智能检测

面向道路基础设施的智能化、自动化检测需求，研发了一系列基于无人机平台的道路设施智能检测方法：针对道路场景呈带状分布的特点，设计了无人机平台用于道路检测时的飞行方案，实现路域范围多源数据的全面、准确、高效采集；基于数据采集结果，研发了多种智能检测算法，包括路面破损类与变形类病害检测、路面标线缺损判别、标志标牌破损识别以及道路能见度监测等，实现对道路设施质量状况的快速、准确评价。

• 道路模型-信息可视化交互管理系统研发

面向道路设施可视化管理需求，研发了基于WebGL与数据库管理技术的道路可视化交互管理系统，通过网页端加载道路实景三维模型，并在模型中实时展示道路设施的质量状况。围绕可视化交互系统的需求设计系统架构，明确道路模型管理模块、感知信息管理模块、可视化交互模块之间的数据传递与同步机制，并在网页端系统嵌入各类型数据的可视化交互算法，通过模型调用接口与数据调用接口实现数据库联通，实现可视化交互管理系统的开发。
