Zheng ShuangYing,woman,master,Associate professor,Master tutor,was borned in Xi'an Shanxi province. She graduated from Xi'an metallurgy Architecture Institute which was called the Xi'an University Of Architecture And Technology in 1988,got the a B. A. degree of Water Supply and Sewerage engineering.she got the master's degree of municipal engineering in Harbin industrial university which was called Harbin institute of civil engineering and architecture in 1993.she worked on the design and construction technology of building water supply and drainage and fire fighting engineering，in municipal pipeline construction design institute of shaanxi province from 1988 to 1990. In 1993 ~ 1996，she was the teacher of civil engineering in sichuan united university (now sichuan university).In 1996,she took up a teaching post in institute of civil engineering in southwest jiaotong university.she got a promotion to associate professor in 2000,and was employed as a master tutor in 2001. Since 1988, she has been engaged in teaching and the scientific research and technical service and consulting work about municipal engineering, environment engineering ,majored im urban water supply system energy saving optimization, water pollution control theory and its application, water purification theory and its application, network optimization design theory and its application, hosted and participated in more than 10 research subjects. So far ,she published more than 30 articles in the core periodicals and international academic journals and academic conferences and other important academic journals such as “sichuan united university journal ", "Chinese security science journal", "environmental science and management",took participated in compiling undergraduate teaching material "environmental science basis".After teaching by her,14 postgraduates have finished their study，6 one are doing their study.
