  • 摘要:In order to study the influence of different waterproofing membrane interface parameters on the mechanical properties of the composite shell lining structure, the commonly used spray - applied waterproofing materials in underground engineering were investigated and classified into 4 types according to their adhesive strength. ABAQUS was used to establish a numerical calculation model for spray-applied waterproofing lining structures based on the stratum - structure method, and calculate and analyze the internal forces and interfacial stresses of lining structures under different interface parameters of waterproofing membranes. The results show that: 1) The change of waterproof membrane type has a small impact on the axial force and bending moment of the initial support and the bending moment of the secondary lining, but a large impact on the axial force of the secondary lining. The axial force of the secondary lining increases with the increase of the adhesive property of the waterproof membrane in most locations of the tunnel;2) The change of waterproof membrane type has little impact on the normal stress of the interface, but has a significant impact on the tangential stress of the interface. However, under various waterproof membrane conditions, the interface does not begin to produce damage. Therefore, when designing the spray-applied waterproof lining structure, the impact of different waterproof membranes on the mechanical properties of the lining structure due to different interface parameters can be weakened. This result can provide reference for selection of tunnel composite shell and lining structure calculation.
