Chunming Zhao received the B.S. degree in mathematics & applied mathematics and Ph.D. degree in probability and mathematical statistics from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Nankai University in 2008 and 2015, respectively. From February 2014 to May 2015, he visited the Institute of Mathematics at Wroclaw University supported by the FP7 project. He is currently a full lecturer at the School of Mathematics, Southwest Jiaotong University.
