一种利用液晶化MXene构建三维MXene阵列的方法及三维MXene阵列（2019）

- Patent description:一种利用液晶化MXene替代三维MXene阵列的方法包括：将最大相材料进行刻蚀，得到具有良好导电性的MXene胶体溶液；而后将能够感应MXene形成三维网状结构的改性剂加入MXene胶体溶液中，混合均匀，得到改性的甲基液晶溶液；而后将具有表面亲水性的硅片表面均匀填充Mxene胶体溶液得到一层MXene膜；而后将两片硅片相对放置于改性Mxene液晶溶液中，并在外加电场的作用后进行急速冷却。该工艺合简单，反应容易控制。而制备得到的三维MXene阵列中层的取向性更好，且排列整齐。
