Study on the mechanism of friction-induced nanofabrication for high-precision and low-damage blazed gratings. National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). Project director.

Description of Research Group:一、现有博士/硕士生分工如下:
目前本方向共有在读研究生14人(博士生5人、硕士生9人),研究方向为制造及智能传感技术,主要包括:微纳制造装备研制、半导体湿法刻蚀新工艺研究,微纳磁敏传感器、微纳光学器件、微流控器件、SERS衬底/器件的开发,精密器件防护等。
二、毕业生就业/签约单位:
已指导毕业博士4人、硕士毕业19人。就业单位为半导体、电子类企业和高校。
