- Patent description:该方法包括以下步骤：利用含铜离子的电解液在柔性电极上制备氧化亚铜薄膜；在氧化亚铜薄膜上制备氧化锌种子层后，浸入生长溶液中，于82‑87℃反应5‑7h。相对于现有技术中，直接在柔性电极上制备氧化锌纳米棒，该方法创造性地提出在氧化亚铜薄膜上制备氧化锌纳米棒，利用氧化亚铜薄膜的特性以及氧化锌单一方向生长的共同作用，改变了氧化锌纳米棒的朝向。获得了具有锯齿状形貌的氧化锌纳米棒/氧化亚铜锯齿状异质结。
