- Patent description:本发明公开了一种双层波浪形杂化纳米发电机，包括若干平置于摩擦源表面的结构单元组成，在每个结构单元中具有：被固定在上、中、下基底上镀有电极的塑料膜与镀有电极的波浪弹性塑料片形成的摩擦单元，以及上下线圈与中间永磁铁所形成的电磁单元；在外界振动作用，摩擦发电机中的中间基板上下振动使得摩擦极性相差较大表面接触面积增大和减小，因而有脉冲信号输出，而电磁发电机中通过上下线圈的磁通量发生变化，因而也有脉冲信号输出。
