Biography
Chenglin Xiong received the B.S. degree in Power electronics and electric drives, the M.S. degree in electrical and automation of rail transit, the PH.D degree in Power electronics and electric drives from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China, in 2001, 2006 and 2016, respectively. From 2009, he has been a Research Associate.
