    1972年生，经济学博士，中国社会科学院博士后（2006年出站）,第二届“黄达-蒙代尔经济学奖”获得者。现任西南交通大学教授，博士生导师，兼任中国财政学会理事、中国保险学会理事、全国教育行政管理学术委员、中国社会科学院博士后合作导师等社会学术兼职。在《中国社会科学》、《经济研究》、《光明日报》（理论版）、《数量经济与技术经济研究》等期刊发表论文50余篇，承担并完成国家级课题和省部级课题多项，出版学术专著3本，主要从事应用经济领域的财政税收、投资管理以及教育经济政策研究。
