Dr.Liyao Gu, master supervisor and associate professor in School of Mechanical Engineering at Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU), Chengdu, China.
He received the PhD from the Key Laboratory of Ministry of Education for Precision & Special Processing at Dalian University of Technology (DUT), Dalian, China.
His research fields include high speed machining, high precision machining and machining simulation technology.
In recent years, he presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China, participated in sub-project research of National Science and Technology Support Program and other horizontal and vertical subjects, published more than 20 academic papers.
