Received BSc and MEng degree from  Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu ,PRC,  in 1990 and 1993 respectively.She is currently an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Geosiences and Environmental Engineering,Southwest Jiaotong University,Chengdu ,PRC.
