    Profile

    Fu Ling, female, born in 1981, doctor of engineering, major in power system and automation.

    Fu Ling received her bachelor's degree in engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2004 and her doctor's degree in engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2010. From July 2010 to December 2012, Fu Ling worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Hong Kong Polytechnic University for a total of 16 months. From February 2011, Fu Ling worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the FNET Laboratory of Tennessee State University in the United States for one year. During the doctoral study, she undertook the National Natural Science Foundation project "Research on Fault Diagnosis Method and Application of Multi-source Power Grid Based on Information Theory" as the main research project. Fu Ling completed the joint project fund "Western Power Dynamic Load Modeling and Identification, (Australia) Western Power Dynamic Load Modeling and Parameter Estimation" in Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Finished the Fundamental Research to Improve the Understanding of the Accuracy Foundation of the United States Department of Information Security at the University of Tennessee, USA. Reliability and Validity of Using the Electrical Network Frequency for the Forensic Authentication of Digital Recordings, Basic Research on the Correctness and Reliability of Judicial Voice Signals Identified by Wide Area Frequency Information ". At present, Fu Ling is mainly engaged in power system fault signal analysis, quantitative feature extraction and application, wide area dynamic frequency measurement and other aspects of research work.

    Main Achievements: Fu Ling has published 55 academic papers (including accepted ones) on IEEE Transaction on Smart Grid, IEEE Transaction on Power Delivery, Proceedings of the Chinese Academy of Electrical Engineering, Power Grid Technology and other domestic and foreign journals. Among them, SCI included 21 source journals, EI included 29 source journals, and 5 Chinese core journals.
