Feng Quanyuan : male, PhD, professor, advisor of PhD candidate, IEEE Senior member. The head of institute of microelectronics of southwest Jiaotong university, China. He has been honored as “the excellent expert” and “the leader of science and technology” of Sichuan province because of his outstanding contribution. In recent 5 years, Prof. Feng has presided more than ten important and common projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and some of Sichuan Province’s important projects, and awarded by “the first class award of scientific and technologic progress of Sichuan Province”, “the third class award of scientific and technologic progress of Electronic Industry Ministry”, “National Mao Yisheng scientific and technologic award of Chinese Scientific and Technologic development foundation” and so on. At present, he has been presiding two National Natural Science Foundation of China project, one project of 863 of China project. More than 240 papers have been published on “IEEE Transactions on Magnetics”, “IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation”，“IEEE Communications Letters”, “Acta Physica Sinica” , “Chinese Journal of Semiconductors”, “Journal of Electronics & Information Technology” and “Research & Progress of Solid State Electronics” etc, among which more than 180 were registered by SCI and EI. Prof. Feng now has been appointed as reviewer of more twenty journals such as “IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology”, “IEEE Transactions on Magnetics”, “IEEE Communications Letters”, “Chinese physics”, “Acta Physica Sinica” ,“ Chinese Journal of Semiconductors”， “Journal of Electronics & Information Technology” and “Journal of Circuits and Systems” etc.

Description of Research Group:微电子技术实验室主任由四川省“学术和技术带头人”、“四川省有突出贡献的优秀专家”、“四川省精品课程负责人”博士生导师冯全源教授担任。有正教授2名，副教授6名以及讲师3名。目前该实验室已经购买了最先进的美国 Cadence 集成电路设计软件、部分EDA设计软件和SUN工作站。实验室现有在读博士生20名，硕士生100余名。实验室致力于电子科学技术领域的科学发现和技术创新，努力为我国经济建设、电子科学理论与技术不断做出基础性、战略性、前瞻性的重大创新贡献。以创新环境、创新文化和创新人才为根本，以培养出基础好、知识面宽的研究型和工程型的复合型人才为目标努力实现本实验室的持续发展和长期繁荣。
