Dr. Fan is currently an associate professor of Marketing in Southwest Jiaotong University. She received her MA degree in Management Science and Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2007, and PhD degree in Enterprise Management from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2011. She went to University of Texas at Austin,USA, from 2009 through 2011 as a Visiting Scholar for cooperative research.Her work has been published in Chinese top management journals, including Management World, Management Review,Journal of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management.She also serves as a peer reviewer for National Science Foundation projects, and journals of Nankai Management Review and Chinese Journal of Management.

Description of Research Group:大数据与服务研究中心由教育部长江学者讲座教授、名誉院长教授担任主任。包括智能交通管理与信息系统实验室、城市交通行为实验室、网络行为实验室、智慧营销实验室及铁路运输大数据实验室五个专业实验室。研究中心已经获得国家自然基金重大项目2项，搭建起国际交流平台，并努力使中心成为行业智库、国家智库。范春梅作为大数据与服务研究中心科研团队的重要成员，目前深度进行铁路运输大数据、城市交通大数据、网络行为大数据、企业营销大数据的挖掘和分析工作。
