Born in 1974, he studied in southwest jiaotong university in 1993 and obtained bachelor's and master's degrees. In 2005, he graduated from tongji university with a doctor's degree. He is an excellent graduate of Shanghai.In 2010, he left the post doctoral station of architecture of Chongqing University.

He has presided over 2 general projects of the national natural science foundation of China and 6 provincial and ministerial projects, completed more than 20 major scientific research projects including general projects of the national natural science foundation of China, science and technology support program of sichuan province and science and technology research and development program of ministry of railways, with a total expenditure of more than 15 million yuan. He has published more than 30 papers in the journal of urban planning, planner, southern architecture, journal of tongji university and other core journals, including 5 papers included by SCI/EI. 

He was responsible for the completion of more than 50 urban planning, transportation planning and architectural design projects, and won the third prize of science and technology award of China railway society, the first prize of excellent urban and rural planning design of Shanghai and the third prize of urban and rural planning and design of sichuan province.
