He ping,Zheng,male,Han nationality ,born on January 22, 1970 , in Peng,an ,Sichuan,joined the Communist Party of China in June 1999,went to work in July ,1990, Ph.D. in economics.

Learning experience:

1986.09-1990.07 Studied in Department of Chemical Engineering , Chengdu University of Science and Technology,graduated and got the bachelor,s degree.

1994.09-1997.07 enrolled in school of chemical engineering,Sichuan union university,received master degree.

2001.06-2003.06 Studied in Sichuan University an s doctoral student in economics , graduated and got the doctorate degree

2003.11-2004.03 Studied in Boston University and the University of Minnesota

2003.09-2005.03 Studied in Southwestern University of Finance as a post doctor

He has hosted a number of various projects ,and has been rewarded a lot . During the past three years,he has published 5 papers,4of which are CSSCI papers.He has hosted a project sponsored by the National Development and has assumed 2 projects sponsored by the National Social Science Fund and Ministry of Education .He won the third prize awarded by the Sichuan Provincial Government for his academic achievements.
