    Vertical Static Stiffness Analysis of Medium-low Speed Maglev Track Fasteners

    Abstract:为分析中低速磁浮轨道中两种扣件对轨道静刚度的影响,根据磁浮轨道结构室内组装疲劳试验测得磁浮轨道结构两种扣件不同位置的垂向刚度;基于橡胶超弹性理论,选用mooney-rivlin模型建立三维实体有限元模型,用非线性受压弹簧模拟螺栓对钢枕的扣压作用,分析扣件刚度对磁浮轨排挠度的影响。结果表明:两种扣件静刚度的差别主要在于螺栓卸载刚度不同;扣件设计时应综合考虑橡胶垫板刚度、螺栓卸载刚度、扣件橡胶垫板到轨道中心线的距离等因素;为满足磁浮轨排静载试验下挠值要求,建议磁浮扣件垫板中心到轨道中心线的距离不小于0.44 m,磁浮扣件刚度不小于350 kN/mm。
