Jiye Zhang received the B.S. degree in mathematics from Chongqing Normal University in 1985, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in dynamics and control from Southwest Jiaotong University, China, in 1991 and 1998, respectively. He is currently a Professor with State Key Laboratory of Traction Power, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu. He is the principal author/coauthor of over 140 journal and conference papers, as well as a book. His research interests include dynamics and control of high-speed train, stability and control of complex system, and hybrid power vehicular and transportation systems.
