Yu Pengcheng, Ph.D., associate professor, supervisor for master candidates. Borned in 1991 in Xiangyang, Hubei. Graduated from Wuhan University in 2013, then Southwest Jiaotong University in 2016. Supported by a full scholarship from CSC, Dr. Yu went to Kyushu University, Japan as a doctor candidate. He was recommanded as associate professor in School of Civil Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University directly after graduation in 2020. In 4 years, He has published 30+ academic papers, including 20 SCI papers. Among them, 5 papers were selected as ESI hot or highly cited paper. He has presided over 5 scientific research projects, including National Natural Science Funds. He is reviwer for academic journal like Applied mathematical modelling、International journal of rock mechanics and mining sciences.
