Profile
You Wei, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, served as a visiting scholar at George Mason University, USA (2013)
and the University of Bonn, Germany (2014). His research focuses on satellite gravity measurements and data
processing. He leads a team conducting orbit determination for CHAMP/GRACE/GOCE/GRACE-FO gravity satellites
and Earth gravity field recovery. His work also focuses on using time-varying gravity field models to hydrology,
glaciology, seismology, crustal vertical load displacement, and computational studies of AOD models. He has
secured three National Natural Science Foundation grants, one Ministry of Education Doctoral Program Fund,
and five industry-sponsored research projects. As first or corresponding author, he has published over 70 papers
in journals including Geophysical Research Letters (GRL), Water Resources Research (WRR),
Journal of Hydrology (JOH), Science of the total environment (SOTE), Geophysical Journal International (GJI),
Advances in Space Research (AISR). Reviewer for journals including Journal of Geodesy and Surveys in Geophysics.
