个人简介

阳至瞻,博士,IEEE Member2016年于南京航空航天大学获学士学位,2019年于电子科技大学获硕士学位,2024年于澳门大学模拟与混合信号超大规模集成电路国家重点实验室(SKL-AMSV)获博士学位,随后在澳门大学微电子研究院从事博士后研究工作。20254月加入西南交通大学集成电路科学与工程学院。担任IEEE JSSC, SSCLTCAS-II等期刊审稿人。

    

研究方向

1. 低功耗无线通信集成电路设计研究(如RF Tag,Wake-up Receiver等);

2. 低功耗频率源集成电路设计研究(如Crystal Oscillator)。
