Dr. Jiang has been working as an Associate Professor at the Dept. of Tunnel and Underground Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU) since 2008 after he obtained his doctorate at SWJTU. And he ever worked as a Research Associate/Senior Research Associate at City University of Hong Kong (CityU) during 2009. He has been mainly involved in the relevant teaching and research activities of geotechnical engineering, tunnel and underground engineering so far. His main research interests include underground engineering waterproofing, underground engineering maintenance, underground space development and utilization, etc. He has published 5 textbooks, 2 monographs, more than 100 academic papers and more than 30 patents.
