Name of Research Group:High Performance Steel-concrete Composite Bridges

Description of Research Group:Dr. Xiao is a principal investigator and founder of High Performance Steel-concrete Composite Bridge (HPSCB) research group of SWJTU. HPSCB group has long been engaged in the basic theory and Engineering Application Research of steel bridge and steel-concrete composite bridges and has accumulated rich research experience in the analysis theory, numerical simulation, and model test of steel bridge and composite structure bridges. Based on the research projects funded by national, the provincial government and national key engineering construction projects by enterprises, innovative research has been carried out on the fatigue evaluation method of steel bridge welded joints, steel-concrete composite effect, and shear key damage mechanism in the complex environment
