吴强,博士,副教授,博士生导师,2020年陕西省优秀博士学位论文获得者。2017年12月毕业于西安电子科技大学微电子学院微电子学与固体电子学专业,并获得博士学位,同年加入西南交通大学信息科学与技术学院电子工程系。主要研究方向为模拟集成电路设计和功率集成电路,具有丰富的集成电路流片经验。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目两项,重点研究高频GaN反激电源控制芯片关键技术。与西电联合申报国家自然科学基金面上项目一项,重点研究针对超结功率MOS的百瓦级高效原边反馈控制器技术。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目一项,重点研究高效高精度快速响应大功率原边控制芯片关键技术。主持四川省自然科学基金项目一项,重点研究小功率AC/DC反激式电源控制系统集成方案。参与国家自然科学基金重大及重点项目、省重点研发计划、横向课题等多个研究课题。在 IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics , IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics,IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers和IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs等顶级期刊以第一作者和通信作者身份发表多篇学术研究论文,并授权国家发明专利十余项。长期担任 IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics ,IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics和Journal of Circuits, Systems and Computers等期刊的审稿人。
指导学生获得中国电子学会优秀硕士学位论文、中国电子学会集成电路奖学金、优秀研究生等奖项,并带领学生多次获得集成电路创芯大赛等赛事国家级奖项。
