王超，西南交通大学设计艺术学院产品设计系，副教授，人机环境系统设计研究所副所长（https://www.hesdesign.cn/），硕士研究生导师，研究方向为系统创新理论与方法、设计更新与社会设计、轨道交通工具设计理论与方法。发表论文20余篇，获得专利10项，承担《交通工具设计》、《设计方法学》、《智能产品设计》等本硕课程多门。主持及主研设计横向课题120余项，设计项目包括复兴号动车组外观涂装方案研究、CR450高速列车设计、京张高铁智能动车组研制项目美工应征方案外观涂装设计、时速350公里双层标准动车组工业设计、时速250公里中国标准动车组研制工业设计联合设计、600公里时速磁悬浮列车设计、北京机场线、上海机场联络线城际车设计、都江堰-四姑娘山齿轨观光列车设计、上海地铁5、6、8、9、17、18号线车辆外观工业设计、武汉地铁5、7、8号线车辆工业设计、厦门地铁1号线、2号线、3号线工业设计、福州地铁2号线工业设计等，团队设计落地的列车设计超过100项，团队作品多次荣获国内外知名奖项。

Wang Chao, Associate Professor at the Department of Product Design, School of Design and Art, Southwest Jiaotong University, Deputy Director of the Human-Machine Environmental System Design Research Institute (https://www.hesdesign.cn/), and Master's Supervisor. His research focuses on system innovation theory and methods, design renewal and social design, and theory and methods of rail transit vehicle design. He has published more than 20 papers, obtained 10 patents, and teaches multiple undergraduate and master's courses including 'Vehicle Design,' 'Design Methodology,' and 'Intelligent Product Design.'  

He has led and participated in over 120 design-related projects. Design projects include the exterior livery study of the Fuxing High-Speed Train, CR450 high-speed train design, exterior livery design for the Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed smart train competition, industrial design for the 350 km/h double-decker standard EMU, joint industrial design for the 250 km/h China standard EMU, 600 km/h maglev train design, Beijing Airport Line and Shanghai Airport Link Intercity Train design, Dujiangyan-Siguniangshan cogwheel sightseeing train design, exterior industrial design for Shanghai Metro Lines 5, 6, 8, 9, 17, and 18, industrial design for Wuhan Metro Lines 5, 7, and 8, industrial design for Xiamen Metro Lines 1, 2, and 3, and industrial design for Fuzhou Metro Line 2, among others. The team has successfully implemented over 100 train designs, and their work has won multiple well-known domestic and international awards.  

He recruits students from design-related fields (Industrial Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, System Design, Architecture), as well as computer/information disciplines, and warmly welcomes applications from international students. Interdisciplinary applications are encouraged to build a diverse research team.
