陶菁,西南交通大学医学院助理教授,博士毕业于武汉大学生命科学学院。主要从事神经退行性疾病、神经肌病、再生生物学的基础研究。研究领域包括神经退行性疾病相关重要蛋白质朊蛋白、Tau蛋白等及其病理突变体的功能研究,研究miRNA等非编码RNA、mRNA、分子伴侣及其翻译后修饰对蛋白液-液相分离、聚集和功能的调控机制,开展以致病蛋白质为靶标的药物设计和新药研发。研究成果在Nature Communications、Nature Structural & Molecular Biology、Chemosphere、CBP part C等著名期刊发表文章多篇。主持国家资助计划项目、博士后面上项目,四川省自然科学基金、校级基金,发明专利1项。
