Tan Yongdong, is a doctor and a professor. He serves as Vice Dean of School of Electrical Engineering, SWJTU, Member of IEEE Computer Society, Special Member of Japanese IEICE, Commissioner of ISADS Program Commission, and Evaluating Expert of International Science and Technology Cooperation Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology. He was conferred the First Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award issued by the Ministry of Education, and Third Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award issued by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Railways respectively. He has been engaged in the researches in the fields of autonomous decentralized system and its application in transportation system and electrical power system, role autonomous decentralized system, smart grid etc. for a long time.
Description of Research Group:通过211-3期项目的资助,已建设基于角色自律分散系统理论的微电网试验研究平台1套,包括分布式电源自律分散协调控制器5台,储能系统5台,μ-EMS微电网能量管理系统(软件)1套。
试验平台由30kW的同步发电系统、5kW的风力直驱发电系统、10kW的双馈发电机组、2kW的光伏发电单元、1个15kW/2小时蓄电池(容量根据DG功率进行匹配)、2个2kW/2 小时蓄电池(容量根据DG功率进行再匹配),三个 Agent,并网控制器、µEMS(包括自律分散协调系统和监控系统)构成的微电网。其中将分布式电源(5kW的风力直驱发电系统、10kW的双馈发电机组、2kW的光伏发电单元)与相应的蓄电系统相结合,模拟微电网中的用户节点,并通过Agent实现基于潮流和实时电价的角色自律转换控制。分布式电源中,除光伏发电系统外,其它发电系统采用变频器从公用电网上取电作为源动机,通过变频器的控制可以模拟各发电系统的变化规律。µEMS中监控系统可以实现保持输入电网的功率平滑变化以及采集微电网数据的功能;自律分散协调系统用来实现微电网内各模拟用户基于潮流和实时电价的角色协调机制和微电网格局的动态进化。整个微网通过并网控制器实现孤岛与并网两种运行方式的平滑切换。
