Kai Shen received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU), Xi'an,
China, in 2011 and 2014, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from the
Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), Shanghai, China, in 2019. He is currently an associate professor with the school of electrical engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU), Chengdu, China. Before joining the Southwest Jiaotong Univesity, he was an engineer with the Southwest Institute of Electronic Technology. From 2014 to 2015, he was an assistant engineer with the Fujian Branch of China Telecom. His research interests include target tracking and information fusion.
