Ren Juanjuan, Female, Doctor of Engineering, Professor and Doctoral Tutor in the Department of Road and Railway Engineering, currently working in the School of Civil Engineering of Southwest Jiaotong University, has already awarded the Chief Young Scientist of the National Key R&D Program of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China for Excellent Youth Scholars Project, the 14th Zhan Tianyou Railway Science and Technology Youth Award,the 24th Sichuan Youth May Fourth Medal and the Tianfu Qingcheng Project Technology Elite. She is the leader of Sichuan Youth Science and Technology Innovation Team and has been selected as the Candidate for Academic and Technical leader of Sichuan Province, the "Heroine of International Business Environment Construction"of Chengdu, the "Tanglixin Outstanding Scholar Excellence Award", the "Yanghua Scholar Award", the "Foal Eagle Scholar Award" and other honors.
From 2004 to 2009, she successively obtained a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a doctor's degree in Road and Railway Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University. She worked in school after graduation, and then she had been promoted to associate professor and master tutor in 2011 and professor and doctoral tutor in 2016. By devoting to long-term research on ballastless track structure design theory and service performance, she was proved competently to become a member of the Railway Track Discipline Committee of the International Standards Organization(ISO/TC269/SC1/AG03), a member of the Transportation Research Board(TRB) Railway Track Discipline (AR050) Committee, a member of the 6th Chinese Association of Young Scientists And Technologists (Manufacturing and Engineering Committee), a member of the Committee of Young Science and Technology Workers of China Communications and Transportation Association, the Youth editorial board of the Journal of Railway Science and Engineering,a member of the China High-speed Railway Health Management Technology Academic Committee. Moreover, she was also proved competently to become a section editor of the editorial office of Intelligent Transportation Infrastructure,a editorial board of Transportation Safety and Environment, the youth editorial board of Journal of Central South University and journal reviewers of many domestic and foreign SCI/EI. She was selected into the Science and Technology Expert Database, serving as a communication review expert of National Natural Science Foundation of China, an evaluation expert of Hebei Association for Science and Technology, a member of National Railway Administration Expert Database, and a communication evaluation expert of Degree Center of Ministry of Education, etc.
She presided over a key project of "Engineering Science and Comprehensive Intersection" of the National Key R&D Program of China, 3 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 4 provincial and ministerial projects and more than 10 horizontal projects, participated in more than 10 national, provincial and ministerial projects. She has committed to solving the bottleneck problem of Chinese high-speed railway track design and R&D, and build a complete set of ballastless track design theory system. Moreover, She has participated in the overall design and operation of many high-speed railway track structures in China, and accumulated some research results : train load characteristics, dynamic service performance evolution of prefabricated track in complex environment, life prediction and durability evaluation of prefabricated track concrete. The research results have been successfully applied to the design, construction and operation of ballastless track in many high-speed railways in China. By now She has published more than 90 papers in high-level journals at home and abroad, authorized 13 invention patents, 2 utility model patents, 2 software copyrights, published 5 monographs and received 4 provincial and ministerial level science and technology awards.

1.Name of Research Group:Sichuan Youth Science and Technology Innovation Team
Description of Research Group:"Sichuan Youth Science and Technology Innovation Team(No.22CXTD0051)" is a trapezoidal science and technology innovation team of Southwest Jiaotong University, which led by the owner of the National Natural Science Foundation of China for Excellent Youth Scholars Project. And the team is composed of young professors as the research backbone and several excellent doctoral students.The team has a total of 28 people, including one Excellent Young Scholar, two Academic and Technical Leader Candidates of Sichuan Province. The team has long been engaged in the research on the design theory, the damage mechanism, the nonlinear dynamics, the prediction and control of environmental vibration of ballastless track structure of high-speed railway and the noise of urban rail transit, forming a distinctive feature and interdisciplinary research direction. With the support of the National Key R&D Program of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Key Projects of Science and Technology Development Plan of China National Railway Group Limited and other projects, many breakthrough achievements have been made around the complex mechanical behavior and performance improvement technology of railway ballastless track. In recent years, team members have presided over and participated in 25 national-level projects and 32 provincial-level projects, and published more than 100 academic papers as the first or corresponding author, including 80 papers in SCI journals and 97 papers in EI journals. Team members have been granted 45 national invention patents, and won many science and technology awards including the second prize of National Sci-tech Progress, the first prize of Sci-tech Progress of Ministration of Education of the PRC and the second prize of Sci-tech Progress of China Railway Society. The related research results of the team provide theoretical guidance for improving the design method and operation safety guarantee system of ballastless track structure in complex scenes in alpine regions represented by Sichuan-Tibet Railway, and provide technical support for the design, construction and maintenance of track structures of high-speed railways and urban rail transit in China.
